Nicole Johnson-Scales

CEO & Founder

Nicole Johnson-Scales is the CEO of NJS Consulting Group and has over two decades of corporate and leadership experience.

During her time on their Executive Leadership team, Nicole led Community Development at Fifth Third Bank based in Chicago. Her professional prowess, matched with her commitment to community, helped grow the organization and enhance its civic reputation. She served as a key strategic advisor to the region's president and other executive leaders, effectively navigating the needs of multiple stakeholders

Nicole has an MBA from Olivet Nazarene University, and is a certified coach through an International Coach Federation (ICF) accredited program. She is an Adjunct Professor at Loyola University Chicago where she teaches an MBA course on Values-Based Leadership. She also serves on the Board of Advisors of Antunes, a global manufacturing company.
